高校图书馆社会化服务的困境与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of University Library's Social Service

目前,高校图书馆社会化服务面临着诸多困境,但从社会总的发展趋势来说,实行开放的社会化服务是很有必要的。要解决这个问题高校图书馆起主要作用,但还需要政府和社会多方协作,采取有效措施:高校图书馆要着眼大局,充分认识图书馆社会化服务的意义;争取政府为图书馆社会化服务提供政策支持;要创新服务模式,实行会员式管理;整合资源,建立图书馆联盟,开展社会化服务;错峰开放,构建激励机制,促进图书馆更好地实现社会化服务。

At present, the social service of university library is confronted with many difficulties, but from the general trend ofsocial development, it is necessary to conduct the open social service. The university library plays a major role to solve the problem,but we also need the government and society to cooperate with each other, and to take effective measures： the university libraryshould focus on the overall situation, fully understand the significance of library social service; try to make the government providepolicy support for social service; innovate service models and apply membership management; integrate resources and establish li-brary alliance to develop social service; open the library in appropriate time and establish incentive mechanism to promote the libraryto better achieve social service.
