从现金视角对徽县支付结算情况的调查与思考

The Investigation and Reflection on the Payment and Settlement in Hui County from the Point of View of Cash

近年来,在非现金支付日趋多样便捷的情况下,发行部门的现金投放量反在逐年增加。课题组调查了徽县现金结算规模和流向,从便利性和结算成本等四方面分析当前现金支付转化为非现金支付存在的问题,提出了促进支付方式升级变革的建议。

In recent years, the amount of cash released by the issuing department has increased year by year in the case of the in-creasing availability of non-cash payments in Hui county. The research group investigated the scale and flow of the cash settlement in Hui county, analyzes the problems existing in the change from cash payment to non-cash payment from four aspects such as conve-nience and settlement cost, and puts forward suggestions on promoting the upgrading change of the payment in counties.
