摘要 采用失重法和极化曲线测试法评价了咪唑啉型缓蚀剂ZC-1在CO_2环境中对N80钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:缓蚀剂ZC-1加量为200mg/L时,对N80钢具有良好的缓蚀效果,缓蚀率可达96%;温度高于60℃,随着CO_2分压的增大和温度的升高,腐蚀速率呈降低趋势;ZC-1是一种以阳极抑制为主的吸附型缓蚀剂,与杀菌剂和破乳剂有很好的配伍性。 The corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor ZC-1 for N80 steel in CO2 environment was evaluated by the weight loss method and the polarization curve method. The results show that the corrosion inhibition effect was excellent and the inhibition rate was over 96% when the amount of corrosion inhibitor was 200mg/L. When the temperature is higher than 60℃, the corrosion rate was decreased with the increase of CO2 partial pressure and temperature. The corrosion inhibitor is an anodic adsorption-type corrosion inhibitor and it can cooperate with fungicides and demulsifiers well.
