摘要
本文对某石化公司加氢实验室加氢反应器进行失效原因分析,通过宏观检查、尺寸及壁厚测量、光谱分析、金相检验和硬度检验等方法确定失效原因是超温运行造成加氢反应器材质的高温力学性能尤其是强度显著下降,导致加氢反应器出现鼓胀、开裂及熔化而失效。
This article introduced a failure analysis of a hydrogenation reaction chambe in a petrochemical company. It was examined by visual inspection, measurement of size and thickness, spectral analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test. The main reason was a decline of high-temperature mechanical properties particularly strength due to over-temperature operation, which resulted a failure of bulging, cracking and melting.
