摘要
近年来,随着防腐涂料无溶剂化的发展,无溶剂环氧涂料作为当下发展较为成熟的无溶剂涂料,因其许多综合性特殊优点越来越广泛地应用于大型立式储罐防腐尤其是储罐内壁防腐施工中。因其特性,该种涂料在涂装过程中的要求也较高。通过介绍无溶剂环氧涂料相关特性与涂装过程要点,说明其广泛应用前景并为无溶剂环氧涂料及其它无溶剂型涂料的涂装施工提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the development of anti-corrosion coating without solvent, because of its comprehensive advantages, solvent-free epoxy coating was becoming more and more widely used in the anti-corrosion construction of large vertical storage tanks, especially internal as a well-developed coating. Because of its features, the anti-corrosion construction had higher demand. By introducing the features and key points of coating process, the wide application foreground of solvent-free epoxy coating is showed, and reference for other containers’ construction of solvent-free coating can be provided.
