摘要
目的比较Bu MA支架与进口雷帕霉素支架在治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)冠状动脉长病变的安全性和有效性。方法选择因非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTE-ACS)入院,需介入处理的单支冠状动脉靶血管病变长度大于20 mm的患者131例,随机分为2组,其中实验组为Bu MA支架组67例;对照组为进口雷帕霉素支架64例。以植入支架当天为实验时间点,术后9~12个月复查冠状动脉造影包括支架再狭窄及晚期支架内血栓等,并随访12个月,观察患者再发心绞痛及主要不良心脏事件(MACE),其中包括心源性死亡、非致命性心肌梗死及靶病变血运重建等。结果两组患者的临床资料、支架直径、支架长度、靶病变特点比较无统计学差异。术后复查造影显示两组再狭窄超过50%的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访12个月后两组患者心脏原因死亡、非致命性心肌梗死及靶病变血运重建均无明显区别(P>0.05)。结论与进口雷帕霉素支架相似,Bu MA支架治疗冠状动脉长病变的具有良好的安全性和有效性。
Objective The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of BuMA drug-eluting stents with imported sirolimus-eluting stents in the treatment of long coronary artery lesion of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS). Methods A total of 131 patients with NSTE-ACS who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and had long coronary lesions (defined as 〉20 mm) were included. Patients were assigned randomly to be treated with BuMA drug-eluting stent (n=67) or imported sirolimus-eluting stents (n=64). The incidence of in-stent restenosis (ISR) and late stent thrombosis were observed by coronary angiography performed during follow-up period from 9 to 12 months. The incidence of recurrence of angina pectoris and major adverse cardiac events (MACE) including cardiac death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and target vessel revascularization (TVR) at 12 months was collected. Results There were no significant differences in the clinical data, stent diameter, stent length and target lesion characteristics between the two groups. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of restenosis between the two groups (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in cardiac death, nonfatal myocardial infarction and target lesion revascularization between the two groups after 12 months of follow-up (P〉0.05). Conclusions As imported sirolimus-eluting stents, BuMA drug-eluting stents for long coronary lesions is safe and effective.
