不同禁食方案对PET/CT多模态影像检查病人的影响研究

Effects of different fasting regimens on patients with PET-CT multimodal imaging

[目的]探讨不同禁食方案对正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET/CT)多模态影像检查病人舒适度、生理指标和检查效果的影响。[方法]应用随机数字表法将150例PET/CT多模态影像检查病人分为A组、B组和C组,分别在检查前4h、6h及8h口服清淡流质饮食后禁食,收集并比较不同禁食方案病人的舒适度、生理指标和检查效果。[结果]A组收缩压、舒张压、血糖明显高于其他两组(P<0.01),且收缩压、血糖随着禁食时间的延长而明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);A组饥饿、口渴、疲劳、乏力和虚弱得分明显低于其他两组(P<0.01),其中饥饿、虚弱、疲劳和乏力得分随着禁食时间的延长而明显增高;A组配合程度和检查花费时间明显优于其他两组(P<0.01)。[结论]缩短禁食时间至4h以上有助于提高病人在PET/CT多模态影像检查的检查前舒适度,维持稳定的生理指标以及提升检查执行的效率。

Objective：To explore the effect of different fasting regimens on patients＇ comfort,physiological indexes and examination results of positron emission computed tomography （PET/CT） multimodal imaging.Methods：A total of 150 cases of patients with PET/CT multimodal imaging were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method.The patients in three groups received fasting at 4 h,6 h and 8 h before examination after oral light liquid diet,respectively.The comfort,physiological parameters and examination results were compared in patients with different fasting regimens.Results：The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood glucose in group A were significantly higher than those in the other two groups （P〈0.01）,and systolic blood pressure and blood glucose decreased significantly with the extension of fasting time （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） The levels of starvation,thirst,tired,fatigue and weakness were significantly lower than those in the other two groups （P〈0.01）,among which starvation,weakness,tired and fatigue were significantly increased with the extension of fasting time.The degree of cooperation was better and examination time was shorter than those in the other two groups （P〈0.01）.Conclusions：Shortening the fasting time to more than 4 h could help to improve the patient＇s comfort before PET/CT multimodal imaging,maintain stable physiological indexes and improve the efficiency of the examination.
