摘要
为解决潘二煤矿-530m西一运输大巷高地应力条件下松软破碎围岩巷道持续变形的问题,通过对松动圈测定、加上理论分析、并结合现场观测的方法对巷修支护进行研究,采用钻孔窥视仪观测技术确定顶板离层情况,采用了锚喷网、注浆锚索、U型钢支架等复合支护技术。通过对巷道变形量观测表明:复合支护技术提高了围岩的整体强度,实现了主动支护与被动支护相结合,可有效解决破碎围岩的变形问题。
In order to solve the problem of a transport-530 m west one roadway under high geostress soft rock roadway deformation problems in Panji No 2 Mine, by measuring, with theoretical analysis, the loose circle method combined with field observations of roadway repair supporting research, determined by the roof abscission layer observation technology of borehole camera, and using anchor net, grouting anchor, U type steel support and composite supporting technology. By observing the deformation of roadway, the composite supporting technology improves the whole strength of surrounding rock, realizes the combination of active support and passive support, and can effectively solve the problem of the deformation of surrounding rock.
