基于供给侧结构性改革背景的煤炭企业维稳对策探析

在供给侧结构性改革的形势下,新的矛盾和问题不断凸显,企业的信访维稳工作也发生相应变化,产生的问题有待解决。本文结合山东能源集团实例,对新形势下煤炭企业维稳工作进行分析研究,提出相应对策,取得了显著成效。

With the slowdown of economic growth, China's coal industry has entered a period of transition and deepening of reform. In the supply side of the structural reform of the situation, a series of contradictions and problems continue to highlight, making the enterprise petition stability work has also undergone corresponding changes, resulting in a series of problems to be resolved. Based on the example of Shandong energy group, this paper analyzes and studies the stability work of coal enterprises under the new situation, and puts forward some countermeasures for how to do well in the work of maintaining stability, and achieved remarkable results.
