摘要
针对不动产登记实施中面临的一些问题,利用地理信息技术和三维虚拟技术,建立三维不动产管理平台,可以有效地解决不动产单元空间位置和范围表达的问题。本文对建立三维不动产管理平台中的关键技术进行阐述。
According to the Immovable property registration is facing some problems in the implementation, the useof geographic information technology and virtual technology, the establishment of three-dimensional Immovable prop-erty management platform, can effectively solve the problems of real estate location and range of unit space expres-sion problems. In this paper, the key technologies of 3D Immovable property management platform are described indetail.
