车床专用夹具设计及其加工工艺分析

在工厂生产的过程中,主要的生产工具之一就是生产车床。在制作过程中,要严格要求生产过程的每一个程序以及所安装的数量工位,用于加工工序的车床以及制造过程中机器的运行速度、工序的夹具以及车床专用夹具的整个生产过程都有规定要求。夹具的优化设计、在加工过程中所使用的加工工艺以及设计要点必须引起重视,以更好地生产出专用夹具,保证夹具的质量,以期在使用夹具的工作中可以有效提高工作率,降低生产投入成本,从而提高机床的工作工艺水平。本文通过阐述机床夹具的分类组成说明夹具的作用,对零件的工艺加工难度进行简要分析,探讨如何解决当前夹具难度问题。

In thispaper, the classification of machine tool fixture was described, the function of the fixture was explained, and the diffi-culty of machining process was analyzed briefly, and how to solve the problem of fixture difficulty was discussed.
