Problems and Measures of Construction Supervision

作为我国建筑施工管理的主要组成部分,现场监理制度是保证我国建筑工程项目质量、成本及施工进度的有效保障,也是确保建筑企业经济效益的一个重要因素。本文分析我国建筑工程施工现场管理中监理的任务及作用,对监理人员在现场施工中的质量控制作用和工作内容进行研究,以期为建筑企业和监理工作的开展提供参考。

As a major component of China's construction management, site supervision system is the effective guaran-tee of our country's construction project quality, cost and construction schedule, is an important factor to ensure theeconomic benefit of construction enterprises. This paper analyzed the tasks and functions of the supervision in theconstruction site management of construction projects in China, and studied the quality control function and work con-tent of supervisor in field construction, in order to provide reference for the development of construction enterprisesand supervision work.
