当前,新型城镇化对我国建筑业的要求更高、更严,面对当前我国新型城镇化的新形势、新要求,为确保我国城镇化稳步、高效推进,进一步扩大建筑企业的经济效益,我国建筑行业须不断加强建筑工程管理,对目前我国建筑工程管理中存在的突出性问题予以控制和改善,切实完善和创新建设工程管理理念、方式,实现经济效益和社会效益的统一。基于此,本文针对我国建筑工程管理的现状,提出强化建筑工程管理的控制措施。

At present, the new urbanization of China's construction industry requires more strict, facing the new situa-tion and new requirements of the new urbanization in china, to ensure China's urbanization steadily, promote effi-cient, to further expand the economic benefit of construction enterprises, the construction industry in our countrymust strengthen the management of construction projects, to control and improve the existing problems in the currentmanagement of construction projects, and improve and innovate the construction project management concept andmode, so as to realize the unification of economic benefit and social benefit. Based on this, in view of the present situ-ation of our country's construction project management, this paper put forward the control measures to strengthen theconstruction project management.
