摘要
当代信息化存储要求高垂直各向异性的存储材料,电场控制体系的磁晶各向异性能作为一种新型的磁写入方式而得到广泛研究。基于PVDF的磁电效应有很多研究,包括利用铁电极化改变铁磁层的磁矩、磁化易轴和磁结构,以及利用铁磁层或磁场来改变铁电体特性。本文综述基于有机铁电体PVDF的电控磁性。
The current information storage requires high vertical anisotropic storage materials, and the magnetic an-isotropy of the electric field control system has been widely studied as a new type of magnetic writing method. Thereare many studies on the magnetic effect based on PVDF, including the use of ferroelectric polarization to change themagnetic moment of the ferromagnetic layer, the easy axis and the magnetic structure, and the use of ferromagneticlayer or magnetic field to change the ferroelectric properties.This paper reviewed the electrically controlled magne-tism of organic ferroelectrics based on PVDF.
