摘要
某一地区雷电事故的发生频率及其造成的损害,既与该地区的区域位置、气候条件、人文环境有关,也同样与该地区的经济和人口密度特征状况有关。本文根据相关数据绘制出河南省新乡市雷电灾害易损度区划图,为该地区降低雷灾损失、雷电防御减灾规划提供可靠的科学指导。
The frequency and damage caused by lightning accidents in a region are not only related to the regional lo-cation, climate conditions, and human environment, but also related to the local economic and population characteris-tics of the region. This paper drawed the Xinxiang city of Henan province lightning disaster vulnerability zoning mapaccording to the relevant data, which provide a reliable scientific guidance for the region to reduce the hazard loss,lightning disaster prevention and mitigation planning.
