用实践为全纳教育诠释——以宿迁市黄河小学教育发展为例

摘要 在全纳教育的视野下,宿迁市黄河小学尽可能为教育场域内的每一个提供适合其潜能开发和个性发展的条件和机会。通过"1+X"社团活动逐步实现学生个性的蜕变,以三"jin(jing)"课程推动家长教育观念与教育行为的转变,以全纳教育理念涵育教师宽广的情怀,促进学生生动活泼的发展。他们用多年的实践,诠释了"全纳教育"的核心价值。 In the perspective of inclusive education, our school tries to provide every student in the field of education with the conditions and chances suitable for the development of their potential and personality development. "1+X" club activities are designed to change students' personality and three "Jing" curricula push parents to change their educational ideas and actions. Meanwhile, inclusive education philosophy cultivates teachers' broad mind to expedite students' vigorous development. Many years of practice has interpreted the core value of inclusive education.
