食用盐晶习控制研究进展

Research Progress on the control of edible salt crystal habit

随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的逐步提高,人们对食用盐的追求也越来越高,不仅追求本身食用盐的功能,还追求对食用盐形貌的美观,另外,不同晶习的食用盐对其本身的性质也有很大的影响,比如物质的密度,以及流动性等。文章主要概述了溶液结晶过程的理论研究以及在结晶过程中对食用盐晶习产生影响的一些因素,从而为研究食用盐晶习的控制有一定的了解及对氯化钠形貌研究有指导意义。

With the development of society and the gradual improvement of people＇s living standards, people＇s pursuit of food is also more and more high, not only the pursuit of their own con- sumption of salt function, but also the pursuit of the appearance of the edible salt. In addition, the different crystal habits of the salt has a great impact on the nature of its own, such as the density of the material, as well as mobility, etc.. In this paper, some factors which influence the crystallization process of the solution and the effect of the salt crystal habit in the crystallization process are summarized.
