摘要 针对回转窑低温烟气余热和热用户的特点,提出有效回收低位热能来供热的新方法。该方法采用了余热回收与煤粉锅炉联合的运行模式,满足了供热随气候变化的要求,保障了供暖系统运行的稳定持续,实现了最大限度地利用余热,降低了企业的生产成本,减少了污染物排放量,提高了企业的经济效益。 This paper puts forward a new effective heating method by recovering flue gas at low temperature according to the characteristics of the flue gas at low temperature of rotary furnace and thermal users. This method uses the operation mode of the combined heating of waste heat recovered from flue gas and pulverized coal boiler to meet the heating requirements with climate change, ensure the stable operation of the heating system, realize the maximum utilization of waste heat, reduce the cost of production of enterprises, decrease pollutant emission, and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
