摘要
燕麦蛋白质和脂肪含量是评价燕麦品质的主要性状,收集2011年7个燕麦主产区种植的6个品种共42份燕麦籽粒样品,通过对蛋白质、脂肪含量与主产区地理环境相关性分析,以期获得品种与地理环境的最优搭配,为优质燕麦品种的选择、专用型加工品种的合理布局提供理论依据。
The content of protein and fat of the oat is the main properties when we evaluate the quality of the oat. In order to provide the theoretical foundation to the selection of the high-quality oat and the proper layout for special varieties for processing, this paper collects 42 simples of 6 naked oats cultivars harvested in 7 major production areas in 2011 and analyzes effects of geo-environment on the protein and fat content of the oat to find out the perfect geo-environment for different kinds of oat.
