摘要
分别用纳氏法和水杨酸盐法对标准样品和实际样品进行分析比较,结果显示,纳氏法和水杨酸盐法测定环境空气中的氨均有较高的灵敏度、准确度和精密度,2种方法比较的差异有统计学意义。在没有指定具体分析方法时,水杨酸盐法可以替代纳氏法测定环境空气中的氨。
This paper analyzes and compares respectively the standard samples and the actual samples by Nessler's reagent spectrophotometer and sodium hypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotometer. The results show that these two methods both have highly sensitive, accurate and precise when they are adopted to test the ammonia in ambient air. The difference between the two methods was statistically significant. In the absence of specific analytical methods, the sodium hypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotometer method can be used for the determination of ammonia in ambient air instead of the Nessler' s method.
