This paper analyses the status of the use of digital resources of the library of East University of Heilongjiang. It puts forward the strategies of enhancing the level of the digital resources construction of the private college library： developing the ＂turning classroom＂ under the background of MOOC; innovating the teaching mode of the literature search lesson; integrating digital resources, building the stage for subject service; adopting PDA （Patron Driven Acquisition） mode -reader decision-making mode for purchasing digital resources.
