浅析高校学生工作中存在的问题与对策

学生工作是我国高校工作的重要内容之一,是为党的事业培养合格人才的有力保证。然而,传统的学生工作观念既不能适应时代的变化与发展,也不能适应当前大学生的思想特点和现实要求。基于在学生工作队伍建设、学生工作者与学生之间的平等性以及学生工作的有效性等方面存在的问题,我们必须从坚持学生的主体地位、努力构建平等的师生关系、积极创设丰富的校园环境等方面促进高校学生工作的新发展。

Student work is one of the important contents of the work of colleges and universities in China, and it is a strong guarantee for cultivating qualified talents for the cause of the party. However, the traditional concept of the student work can neither adapt to the development of the times, nor adapt to the ideological and practical requirements of the current undergraduates. There are some problems in the aspects of the construction of the work team of the school, the equality between the student workers and the students, and the effectiveness of the student work. In order to solve these problems, we must promote the development of student work in colleges and universities from the aspects of persisting students ＇ principal status, trying to construct equal relationship of teachers and students, and actively creating rich campus environment.
