关于对城市交通效率低下问题的调查研究——以临汾市尧都区为例

An Investigation of the Low Efficiency of the Urban Traffic——Taking Yaodu District of Linfen as an Example

运用调查统计法、文献资料法、非参与观察法等,以山西省临汾市尧都区为例,从交通参与者自身、政府职能等角度出发,研究了城市交通效率低下的问题。通过对该地区交通现状的分析,进一步了解了尧都区在交通管理过程中凸显的难题,以及城市交通效率低下所带来的危害。通过借鉴国内关于治理该问题的先进经验,并对如何治理这一问题提出相应的对策,期望能够帮助有关部门有效改善临汾市尧都区的交通状况,从而建设一个安全有序、便于出行的交通环境。

Taking Yaodu district of Linfen as a case, this paper uses the survey method, literature analysis method and observation method to study the low efficiency of urban traffic from the perspectives of traffic participants and the function of the government. By analyzing the present situation of the traffic of this district, we learn the problems of the traffic management in Yaodu district and the harm of the low efficiency of the urban traffic. By borrowing the advanced achievements of solving ve help nient problem at domestic and abroad, this paper put forward some measures to solve this problem, hoping relating departments improve the traffic situation of Yaodu district of Linfen and create a safe, ordered and contraffic environment.
