我国人口老龄化问题日益突显,养老产业所产生的巨大经济效益正在吸引着很多人的目光。"老年公寓"这种新型的老年社区是今后发展的主要养老方式。信息化和智能化是老年公寓管理的一个必然趋势。老年社区数字化、医疗信息化、娱乐多样化以及同时兼顾老年人生活需要等特点是将来老年公寓智能化设计的主要方向。在广电企业以"广电+"概念来拓展广电网络功能应用中,对信息化、智能化技术结合老年公寓项目落地的可行性进行了探讨。

The aging problem of China is becoming increasingly obvious, many people are attracted by the huge benefits of the pension industry. The new old age community of ＂ house for the elderly＂ is the main way of old-age care in the future. Informatization and intelligence is a inevitable trend of the management of elderly apartment. The digitalization of the elderly community, the medical informatization and the diversification of entertainment and the satisfaction of the need of the elderly people＇ s lives are the main direction of the intelligent design of the houses for the elderly in the future. This paper discusses the feasibility of the combination of intelligence and informatization and the elderly apartment project based on the concept of ＂ Broadcasting ＆ TV ＋ ＂ which the enterprises of broadcasting and TV adopts to expand the application function of the broadcasting and TV network.
