我国突发性水污染事故应急监测现状及存在的问题

The Current Situation and Existing Problems of the Emergency Monitoring of Sudden Water Pollution Accidents in China

为解决突发性水体环境污染事故对社会造成的损失和危害,对国内突发性水体环境污染事故应急监测现状及应急监测体系进行了深入研究,分析了目前突发性水环境污染事故应急监测存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,对预防和处置突发性环境污染事故具有重要的意义。

In order to decrease the loss and harm the sudden water pollution accidents cause, this paper makes ther study of the current situation of the emergency monitoring of sudden water pollution accidents in China and the a fur- emergeney monitoring system and analyzes the exsiting problems and proposes some corresponding countermeasures which have a significant meaning for the prediction and deal of the sudden water pollution accidents.
