浅议管道的沟槽式施工技术

在大型工业系统特别是湿式选矿行业中,内衬胶管道被广泛应用,但由于内衬胶管道在内衬完成后不允许焊接,且更换频繁,所以快速的连接方法——沟槽式以及密封、预制就成为管道施工中的关键点。针对管道的沟槽式施工注意事项进行分析与研究,为提高管道施工质量及速度提供技术支撑。

In large industrial system, especially wet processing industry, they normally use the lining plastic pipe because of the serious abrasion of the mineral medium to the lining of the pipeline. After the completion of lining, the lining plastic pipes are forbidden to be welded. Because of the frequent change of the lining plastic pipes, the quick connection method of the grooving, seal and fabrication become the key point in pipeline construction. In addition, the serious shortage of human resources in the world, especially in some developed countries and developing countries, makes the human cost rise greatly and the construction cost increase, which makes a serious influence to the cost of construction enterpri- ses. Pipeline system＇s consumption, cost are the largest in every project, but it has the lowest profit. So the groove pipe construction method and technology （American standard Victaulic） comes into being. This paper analyzes the points for attention of the groove construction of the pipeline to improve the quality and speed of the construction of the pipeline
