基于住院患者病案首页高风险病例来抽查医院感染漏报的方法探讨

Sampling survey methods for missing report of nosocomial infections based on high-risk case filling in the front pages of medical records

目的探讨抽查医院感染病例漏报的方法以期探寻抽样调查漏报病例的科学方法。方法基于住院病案首页中高风险病例的抽样方法来抽查医院感染漏报病例,将抽样调查得到的阳性率与文献报道中采用传统方法抽查的阳性率进行比较。结果 4次基于住院病案首页中高风险病例的抽样方法抽查感染病例分布率为45.30%,传统方法抽查感染病例分布率为4.64%。结论基于住院病案首页中高风险病例的抽样方法比传统抽样方法既节省人力和时间,又能比较客观地反映医院感染漏报真实情况,为进一步提高医院感染管理水平提供依据。

OBJECTIVE To explore the sampling survey methods of missing report on nosocomial infections,so as to explore the scientific method of sampling investigation of missing report.METHODS Sampling survey methods based on the high-risk cases filling in the front pages of medical records were carried out,and the positive rates of sampling survey methods and the rate of traditional methods from literatures reported were compared.RESULTS The distribution of four times of sampling survey methods based on the high-risk cases filling in the front pages of medical records was 45.30%,and the distribution of traditional method was 4.64%.CONCLUSION Randomized inspection method based on the high-risk cases filling in the front pages of medical records can not only save more manpower and time than traditional methods,but also objectively reflect the missing report rate of nosocomial infections,which can provide the evidence for improving the level of nosocomial infection management.
