井下采矿防爆柴油机排气系统温度控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 在井下采矿运输过程中,为了减小特殊工作条件所带来的生产隐患和防爆元件对防爆柴油机性能造成的影响,需要对井下采矿防爆柴油机排气系统的温度进行严格控制。为了限制排气管中废气温度,降低排气温度,提出一种通过改变配气相位来控制排气系统温度的机内控制策略。结合试验建立仿真模型,改变模型中柴油机配气相位,模拟井下防爆柴油机运转状态。对比不同配气相位下排气系统中的废气温度,确定配气相位和排气系统温度的变化关系。结果得到排气系统温度随配气相位改变而变化的趋势,表明通过改变防爆柴油机配气相位,可以使防爆柴油机排气系统温度得到控制。 In order to reduce the production dangers caused by the special working conditions and improve the performance of the explosion - proof diesel which installed the explosion - proof components during underground mining and transportation, based on the request of limit exhaust gas temperature, an internal control strategy that control exhaust gas temperature by changing valve timing phase is proposed. Through the combination of experiment and sim- ulation, the valve timing of the diesel is changed, and the working condition of underground mining diesel is simulated. The results conclude that a changing tendency of the valve timing phase affects the temperature of the exhaust system, and show that by changing the valve timing phase, the temperature of exhaust system of explosion - proof diesel can be controlled.
