有机镧基燃油添加剂减排性能研究 被引量:4

Study on Emission Reduction of Organic Lanthanum Based Fuel Additive

摘要 为了进一步优化稀土燃油添加剂在船舶柴油机上的应用,使用沉淀法自制的纳米乙酰丙酮镧有机稀土燃油添加剂作为柴油机台架试验用品,采用扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线色散能谱(EDS)分析得知,自制的乙酰丙酮镧颗粒直径基本达到纳米数量级,并且具有较大的比表面积,可充分地与0~#柴油接触互溶。柴油机台架试验,使用常柴CZ2102型柴油机,试验用0~#柴油为基础油,分别加入浓度为25 mg/L、50 mg/L、75 mg/L、100 mg/L的自制燃油添加剂,制成混合燃料油,测量、比较各型号燃料油的动力特性工况下有害污染物的排放指标。结果显示,该燃油添加剂在主要污染物NO_x、CO、HC减排方面效果显著,但是PM排放有增加;综合考虑,加入浓度为50 mg/L^75 mg/L有机镧基燃油添加剂会达到较为理想的效果。 In order to further optimize the application of rare earth additive in marine diesel engine, nanometer lanthanum aeetylaeetonate made by precipitation method was used as the additive nanoparticles in diesel oil. By means of electron microscope scanning (SEM) and X -ray dispersive energy spectrum (EDS), it is concluded that the diameter of the self- made lanthanum acetylacetonate already approaches nanoscale. And it also possesses large specific surface area (BET). Therefore, these advantages can make it dissolve better with the 0# diesel oil mutually. For the engine bench test on Changchai CZ2102 diesel engine ,0# diesel oil was used as base oil. The concentrations of fuel additive were 25, 50, 75, 100mg,/L, respectively. The concentration chenge of harmful exhaust emissions with types of fuel oil was measured and analyzed. The results demonstrated that this fuel additive makes significant achievement in the main pollutants for CO, NOx and HC except PM. Summarized the above points ,adding 50 -75mg/L organic lanthanum based fuel additive will achieve better results.
