磁铁矿粉/活性炭粉复合沥青胶浆路用性能试验研究

摘要 制备不同复合比例磁铁矿粉/活性碳粉复合沥青胶浆,测试了沥青胶浆的低温性能、高温性能、抗剪强度和感温性能,并分析磁铁矿粉/活性炭粉对沥青胶浆性能的改善效果。结果表明:随着磁铁矿粉/活性碳粉掺和比例减小,沥青的高温性能显著提高,但其低温性能有一定程度降低,建议磁铁矿粉/活性炭粉复合比例宜大于60∶40;沥青胶浆锥入度敏感系数与黏温指数呈一致性变化规律;活性炭粉的掺入显著降低了沥青胶浆的温度敏感性。 The asphalt mortar composited with different proportion of magnetite/activated carbon was prepared,low temperature performance,high temperature performance,shear strength and temperature susceptibility were tested. And magnetite powder/activated carbon powder for the effects of improving the performance of asphalt mortar was analyzed. The results show that high temperature performance of asphalt mortar was significantly improved with decrease of the magnetite powder/activated carbon composite ratio, however, its low temperature performance was reduced to a certain extent,thus it was suggested composite ratio larger than 60:40: Cone penetration of asphalt mortar sensitive coefficient and viscosity temperature index showed a consistent change rules. The incorporation of activated carbon powder significantly reduced the temperature sensitivity of asphalt mortar.
