非开挖增强增韧聚丙烯复合材料管的研制

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚丙烯/镁盐晶须复合材料,研究了各组分及配比对复合材料性能的影响,并制备了管材。试验结果表明,PP-g-MAH对复合材料具有良好的增容作用。镁盐晶须对PP和β晶型PP均具有较好的增强作用,在相同晶须掺量下,βPP的拉伸强度、弹性模量、维卡软化点等均较PP低一些,但具有较高的抗冲击强度。镁盐晶须对PP具有结晶成核作用,是α成核剂,但成核效力不如稀土β成核剂。所制备的管材的拉伸强度为32 MPa,维卡软化点153℃,落锤冲击不破,远优于DL/T 802.7—2010要求。 Polypropylene/magnesium salt whisker composites were prepared by twin-screw extrusion and the effect of compo- nents and ratio on material properties were studied. The results showed that PP-g-MAH had a good compatibilization effect to composites. The whisker of magnesium salt has a good enhancement effect on PP and βPP. In the same whisker content,βPP is lower than PP in tensile strength,elastic modulus and Vicat softening point,but has higher impact strength. Magnesium salt whiskers have crystallizing nucleation effect on PP,which is α nucleating agent,but the nucleating effect is not as good as rare earth β nucleating agent. The tensile strength of the prepared pipe is 32 MPa, the Vicat softening point is 153 ℃, and the drop hammer impact is not broken, which is much superior than the requirements of DL/T 802.7-2010.
