通过对美国研究诚信办公室(ORI:Office of Research Integrity)的历史演变、管理体制、运行机制等进行探讨,试图对这一科研不端治理的专门机构作较为全面、系统、完整的解读。
This paper explores the historical evolution, management system and operation mechanism of ORI（ORI： Office of Research Integrity）, and tries to make a comprehensive, systematic and complete interpretation of this special institution of scientific misconduct.
