摘要
基于区域科技资源集聚与共生理论的适切性,运用Logistic方程构建区域内企业和高校协同合作科技资源集聚模型,揭示区域科技资源集聚的微观机理。基于此,对黑龙江省科技资源集聚的阻隔进行实证研究,并给出疏解策略。通过揭示区域科技资源集聚的微观机理,为地方政府提升区域科技资源集聚水平提供了决策支持,从而有利于地方政府更好地促进企业和高校两大核心集聚体的协同共生,以此促进区域科技资源集聚能力的提升。
Based on regional science and technology resource agglomeration and the suitability of the theory of symbiosis, the micro mechanism of regional science and technology resource agglomeration was revealed through constructing the collaborative cooperation model of science and technology resource agglomeration between regional enterprises and universities. Furthermore, the empirical research on science and technology resource barrier in Heilongjiang province was conducted and the corresponding organization strategy was provided. By revealing the micro mechanism of regional science and technology resource agglomeration, the support for decision-making was provided for the local government to enhance regional science and technology resource agglomeration level. Hence, it is advantageous for the local government to promote the cooperative symbiosis of two big core clusters between enterprises and the universities, so as to promote the ascension of the regional science and technology resources agglomeration capability.
