摘要
选取2010—2015年沪深创业板高新技术企业为研究对象,采用固定效应模型实证分析政府补贴、研发投入对企业创新绩效的影响。研究结果表明,政府补贴和研发投入均与创新绩效显著正相关;当二者同时存在时,对于创新绩效的影响程度相互促进,且政府补贴的促进效果要优于研发投入;政府补贴与研发投入也呈显著正相关。
The capital investment of government and enterprise plays a very important role in promoting technological innovation and is an important way to build the core competitive advantage and enhance the capability of independent innovation. Using 2010-2015 year high-tech enterprises as the research object and the fixed effect model, the paper analyzes the impact of government subsidy, R＆D investment on enterprise innovation performance. The results of the study suggest that the government subsidy and investment and innovation performance have a significant positive correlation; when government subsidy and R.＆D investment exist at the same time, the promotion effect on innovation performance of mutual promotion is that government subsidy is superior to the R＆D investment; government subsidy and R＆D investment also have significant positive correlation.
