科技企业发展阶段的创新特征及政策需求——基于企业生命发展周期理论视角

Innovation Characteristics and Policy Demands of Science and Technology Enterprises in the Development Stage:Based on the Perspective of Corporate Life Cycles Theory

针对科技企业强政策需求的创业期、成长期、成熟期三个阶段,分析各阶段的创新特征(技术创新、市场创新、组织创新、战略创新模块在各阶段的组合演化路径);结合波特的钻石体系等理论,探讨科技企业各阶段对技术创新政策、科技金融政策、人才支持政策、创新环境政策的不同政策需求,为政府制定政策提供参考。

This research, aiming at the start-up stage, the growth stage and the mature stage of science and technology enterprises for strong policy requirements, analyzes innovative features of the three stages, which are different combinations and evolutionary paths of technology innovation, market innovation, organization innovation, strategy innovation modules at stages. By using Michael Porter＇s theories such as Diamond Model, this research uncovers the different policy demands of science and technology enterprises including technology innovation policies, financial policies of science and technology, talents support policies, innovation environmental policies at three stages to provide references for policy-making of the government.
