本文从医疗行为的本质特点出发,理解、分析和阐述了《侵权责任法》的相关规定和对医疗纠纷的影响与意义,进而提出了医疗纠纷案件审判方式改革的措施。

Starting from the essential characteristics of the medical behaviors, this paper analyzes and expounds the relevant provisions and its meaning and influence on medical disputes in The Tort Liability Law. Based on this, the author suggests some measures for trial mode reform in medical disputes.
