四川五家县级中医院编内与编外医生职业评价满意度对比分析

Comparative Analysis on Career Evaluation Satisfaction of in-staff and offstaff Doctors in Five County TCM Hospitals in Sichuan

本文采用职业满意度量表和李克特评分系统,抽取四川省县级市中医院不同人事制度下的医生样本,进行了医生职业满意度的现状及差异调查与评价,结果显示编外医生满意度低于编内医生。鉴此,医院在进行人力资源管理时,应调整激励政策,平衡编内编外人员之间的利益分配,提高编外医生工作积极性。

In order to understand the present situation and difference of the occupational evaluation of the doctors in different personnel systems in county TCM hospitals in Sichuan, and provide theoretical basis for appropriate personnel management measures, the researchers use career satisfaction scale and Likert rating system to evaluate the doctors＇ job satisfaction with the extracted examples, it reveals that the satisfaction of off-staff doctors is lower than that of in-staff doctors. Therefore, in the human resources management, the hospitals should adjust incentive policies, balance the interests between in-staff and off-staff doctors, and improve the off-staff doctors＇ work enthusiasm.
