摘要
我国工程教育的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"对传统的实践教学提出了新的要求。分析当前我国核类企业的人才需求与工作内容的基础上,研究了核工程与核技术专业"3+1"培养方案;通过校企合作途径,以工程实践能力和创新能力培养为主线,加强实验室和实习基地建设,加强实践教学内容整合,构建满足卓越工程师知识、能力和素质要求的实践教学体系,对加强各实践环节的教学建设提供借鉴。
The "excellent engineer education and training program" of China's engineering education puts forward new requirements for traditional practice teaching. This paper is based on the analysis of the requirements and work contents of our country's nuclear enterprises, and the "3 + 1" training program for nuclear engineering and nuclear technology major was studied;through the university-enterprise cooperation, the main purpose is to cultivate the ability of engineering practice and innovation ability, and strengthen the construction of laboratory and practice base, strengthen the integration of practical teaching content. And a practice teaching system that meets the requirements of knowledge, ability, and quality of distinguished engineers will be bebuih,which can provide a reference for strengthening the construction of various practicesteaching.
