辐射防护与核安全专业(核安全方向)人才培养和课程体系建设的实践与思考

Practice and Reflection on Personnel Training and Curriculum System Construction for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Specialty(Nuclear Safety Direction)

在介绍我国核电发展战略和国家对核安全问题的关注点和需求的基础上,针对我校辐射防护与核安全专业办学情况,分析了本专业核安全方向在人才培养目标定位与课程体系设置方面存在的问题,以及学生在毕业设计(论文)选题和校企联合培养方面的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Making a introduction to China＇s nuclear power development strategy and the nuclear concerns and requirements, and aiming at the practice of the specialty for radiation protection and nuclear safety, all of the open problems are analyzed,including the target orientation, curriculum system establishment, topic selection on graduation project （ thesis）, and the practice of coalition of college and enterprise. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for these problems.
