体育教育专业“一专多能”应用型人才培养发展方案述评——基于南昌师范学院体育系应用型人才培养

A Review of the Education Program of Applied Talents With Multi-skill for P.E.Major——Based on the P.E.Dept.of Nanchang Normal University

通过文献资料、专家访谈,对我院体育教育专业转型发展"一专多能培养"进行述评,分析我系体育教育和社会体育的本科专业人才培养方案和培养现状,结合我院学分制改革的总体要求,阐述了我院体育系的一专多能培养的现状、方案、课程设置、师资队伍建设实习基地和校企合作等一系的转型措施。

This paper reviews the transformational development of Multi-skill education for P. E major in Nanchang Normal University, through literature materials and some experts interviews, analyzes the talent training program and its situation of undergranduate majors of sports education and social sports, and studies, by combinng with the overall requirements for the credit system reform in Nanchang Normal University, the condition of multi-skill education, its training program, coursesprivision, teaching staff construction, practice bases construction and the transformatianal countermeasures of school and enterprise cooperation.
