浅谈对传统古村落保护发展的现状与思考——以宏村、西递为例

Discussion on the Current Situation and Consideration of Traditional Ancient Villages Protection——Hongcun Village and Xidi Village as examples

在传统村落的维护过程中,保护、发展和建设这三个方面的矛盾日益突出。许多传统村落就是由于保护措施不当,正逐渐大规模地没落、衰败,传统文化遭受到前所未见的流失与消亡,不得不引发人们的深思。有很多古镇、村落的保护起步较晚,知名度有待提高,旅游产品缺乏特色,市场竞争力较弱。为了能探究出更适合这些地方传统古村落保护的出路,对保留了具有地方特色的居民古建筑宏村和西递保护现状、发展情况进行研究分析,找出在保护和发展的过程中所呈现的优势与劣势,从中吸收借鉴先进的经验,并通过问题寻求对策,有效提出能保护地方传统古镇、村落的合理建议。

In the process of the maintenance of traditional villages, the contradiction among the three aspects of protection, development and construction has become increasingly prominent. Many of the traditional villages are gradually on the decline and downfall in large-scale and traditional cultures are suffering unprecedented loss and disappearance due to improper protective measures, which is worth us to ponder deeply. At present the protection of many ancient towns and villages starts late, their popularity needs to be improved, their tourism products are lack of features and their market competitiveness is weak. In order to explore a more suitable way to protect the local traditional ancient villages, This paper analyzed the present protective situation and development of the ancient residential buildings in Hongcun and Xidi with local characteristics ,to find out the advantages and disadvantages presented in the process of protection and development, to absorb the advanced experiences and to seek countermeasures from problems, and put forward reasonable suggestions to protect the local traditional towns and villages.
