摘要 气体流经控制阀门的过程被认为是经典节流过程,该过程没有能量的输入与输出,总焓不变同时熵增加,热力学不可逆。由于混合气体的回转温度与单一组分气体有很大区别,其节流特性往往更难描述,进行有效的理论和实验研究十分必要。文中分别针对简单组分氮气与氢气在大型压缩机回流循环节流过程中的应用,通过建立实际气体混合模型和节流实验台进行分析研究。 Gas flow across a control valve is considered a classic'throttling'process that is defined by energy not being added. So the total enthalpy is kept constant and meanwhile entropy increases,which means that the process is thermodynamically irreversible. This paper analyzes the throttling process in large compressor cycling of mixed gas with simple components of Nitrogen and Hydrogen. The mixed real gas throttling process is then validated experimentally. The temperature change of the process measured experimentally is then compared with the results of our theoretical work.
