摘要
基于数据包络分析方法,建立了全国分省际能源效率模型,由此分析省际能源效率是否存在差异,以及如何对效率相对较低省份进行提升。整个研究采用自主构建分析指标的方式进行定量分析。通过能源投入产出的技术效率分析,不仅明确了省际差异,而且对差异形成的原因给予了定位。为落后省份如何提升能源效率,从区域定位、区域协同、能源深入使用等多个方面给出了具体的对策建议。
Based on the theory of DEA, this article build 31 models to analyze the energy efficiency in different provinces of China, and analyze how to improve the efficiency for these provinces. The author does not use the indexes which were used by most scholars in the past. The indexes which the authors used are all constructed by themselves. Analyzing the technical efficiency from the input-output of energy, the differences of 31 provinces are not only determined, the reasons for the differences are showed to us as well. So the methods which includes how to improve the efficiency for backward regions are given to us. The method includes region's methods, cooperating methods and energy's methods.
