节约型包装造型与结构设计研究——基于生命周期评价理论的视角

Research on the Model and Structure Design of Conservation Oriented Packaging: Based on Life Cycle Assessment Theory

对节约型包装的造型与结构设计进行研究,目的是探寻实现包装资源节约的多种途径。主要内容包括对生命周期评价理论及节约型包装的设计理念进行阐释,对造型与结构设计之于节约型包装设计的意义进行分析,并从包装生命周期的生产制造、物流储运、消费使用、回收处理四个环节入手探讨节约型包装的造型与结构优化设计策略。通过这一系列的研究,得出以下结论:设计师需要从普遍联系的系统观出发把握包装资源节约问题。节约型包装设计绝不等同于控制包装用料或实施简化设计,而是在满足包装基本功能的前提下,从包装生命周期的全过程入手合理调配所涉及的各方面资源,从而实现资源利用的最优化和资源投入的节约化。

This article aims to explore ways of resources conservation from the model and structure design of packaging. The theory of life cycle assessment and the design concept of conservation oriented packaging are explained, the significance of the design of the model and structure is analyzed, and the optimization strategy of model and structure of conservation oriented packaging has been discussed from four aspects： production, logistics, consumption and recycling. Through a series of studies, this paper draws the following conclusions： Designers need to grasp the problem of resource conservation from the perspective of universal connection, conservation oriented packaging design is not to reduce materials or the implementation of simplified design, but the rational allocation of resources based on the life cycle assessment in the premise of meeting basic functions, so as to realize the optimization of resource utilization and resource conservation.
