摘要
通过确定合适的化学成分,采用铁水脱硫预处理→120 t顶底复吹转炉熔炼→RH真空脱气处理→LF精炼处理→1500热连轧→酸洗→1500单机架冷轧→退火及平整→入库的工艺流程,开发生产了LGHS药芯焊丝专用冷轧带钢。质量分析表明,成品带钢屈服强度204 MPa,抗拉强度326 MPa,屈强比0.62,A_(50) 46.2%,n值0.24,r值1.55,完全满足用户要求,实现了批量生产。
Through the determination of chemical composition and the technological route: pretreatment of hot metal desulfurization→120 ton top and bottom combined blown converter smelting→RH vacuum degassing process→LF refining treatment→1 500 mm hot continuous rolling→pickling→1 500 mm stand-alone cold rolling→annealing and smoothing→storage, LGHS--the cold roiled strip for flux cored wire was successfully produced. The quality analysis showed that the average yield strength of finished strip is 204 MPa, the average tensile strength is 326 MPa, the yield strength ratio is 0.62, A50 is 46.2%, the work hardening index is 0.24, the plastic strain ratio is 1.55, which fully met the requirements of custom, and the mass production has been realized.
