摘要
为更换损坏的铜冷却壁,莱钢3 200 m^3高炉进行了为期432 h的计划中修。采用空料线炉顶打水的方法停炉,加装临时打水装置,打水雾化严格控制炉顶温度,合理安排出渣铁,降料面到预定位置。高炉各项运行参数控制合理,实现了安全顺利停炉。
In order to replace the damaged copper cooling stave, a planned maintenanee period of 432 h for 3 200 m3 blast furnace was carried out in Laiwu Steel. Using the method of stock line water at top shutdown, installation of temporary water atomization device, strictly control the top temperature, reasonable arrangement of iron slag, the surface is reduced to a predetermined position. The operation parameters of the blast furnace are controlled reasonably, and the BF shutdown is safe and smooth.
