摘要
结合特厚钢板生产实践,对复合轧制过程中毛宽尺寸控制情况进行了统计分析,发现侧边鼓形是影响最终成品尺寸和质量的关键。通过采取提高加热出炉温度,降低轧制速度和轧制加速度,增大粗轧道次压下率等优化改进措施,钢板单侧边鼓形由35~50 mm降至15~30 mm,综合成材率提高了约2%。
The statistic and analysis on the as-rolled width control during the heavy steel plate manufacture by rolling-bonding were made in the article. And it is found that the dual-drum shapes at width sides are the key affecting factors. The dual-drum shapes at width sides was decreased from 35-50 mm to 15-30 mm by raising the heating temperature, reducing rolling speed and rolling acceleration, increasing reduction of roughing rolling. The production yield has risen by 2%.
