摘要 针对炼钢厂钢水过程温降大、钢包烘烤效果差、钢包包龄低等问题,通过采用全程加盖,优化烘烤器设计,提高烘烤效果,优化钢包耐材设计,实行有效的热补偿制度等措施,钢包保温效果明显改善,增加了钢包耐材的热震稳定性,耐材寿命明显体高,钢包小修包龄提高到75炉次,中修包龄提高到125炉以上,吨钢综合成本降低16.95元。 Aiming at the temperature drop of molten steel, poor ladle baking effect and short life etc. in steelmaking plant, with the whole optimization design of roaster, improving the curing effect, optimization of ladle refractories design, implement effective thermal compensation system, the ladle thermal insulation effect is improved obviously. The thermal stability of ladle refractory and the refractory life are increased obviously. The life of ladle furnace for short-term repair is increased to 75 heats. The life of ladle furnace for medium and long term repair is increased to more than 125 heats. And the comprehensive cost is reduced by 16.95 Yuan per ton.
