摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂根据实际供电情况和无功功率补偿装置安装条件,先对部分高配室部分线路采用无功功率补偿技术,选取其中的6条高压线路进行改造,包括老区原料6 kV高配室Ⅰ、Ⅱ段、6~#综合泵房10 k V高配室Ⅰ、Ⅱ段及60万t球团10 k V高配室Ⅰ、Ⅱ段。改造后,使每条线路功率因数达到了0.94,提高高压供电系统的稳定性,改善了电网质量,减少了成本支出,年增加效益421.28万元。
According to the actual power supply condition and the reactive power compensation device, the reactive power compensation on the part of the high room part of the line is installed. The 6 high-voltage lines were selected for transformation, that included the old material 6 kV high room I and II, 6' 10 kV high integrated pump chamber section II, 600 thousand t and 10 kV high pellet chamber I and section II in the iron-making plant of Laiwu Steel. After transformation, the power factor of each line is up to 0.94, the stability of the high- voltage power supply system is improved. The quality of the power grid is improved. The factory cost is reduced and the annual profit is increased by 4 million 212 thousand and 800 Yuan.
