碱催化多聚甲醛的解聚工艺条件研究 被引量:4

摘要 考察了在碱催化下,温度、pH值等工艺条件对多聚甲醛解聚的影响,研究结果表明:在多聚甲醛解聚过程中,过高的温度和过强的碱性会加速副反应发生,最佳条件是在氮气保护下,T=80℃、pH值为8~9,反应1h,多聚甲醛解聚率接近完全,甲醛收率大于99%。 The depolymerization of paraformaldehyde was studied by using NaOH as catalyst. The effects of temperature and pH value on the depolymerization were investigated. The results showed that too high temperature and pH value could accelerate the side reactions, and the optimal conditions for depolymerization of paraformaldehyde were determined as follows: pH of 8 to 9, reaction temperature of 80℃, reaction time of 1 hour and using nitrogen as protective gas. Under the optimized conditions, the depolymerization was almost complete, and formaldehyde yield was more than 99%.
